WILLIAM "BJ" SANTIAGO

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Santiago is known as an inspirational and international leader in operations management, business transformation, enterprise sales and strategic planning. Mr. Santiago has experience serving the retail, manufacturing, distribution, finance, and hospitality industries. Currently, Mr. Santiago is the Chief Executive Officer of Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for driving all aspects of the operations, finance, sales, development, delivery, and service for Badger Technologies’ suite of retail offerings.

Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Santiago has served in both VP and C-level positions as an influential business executive and leader with impeccable record of driving profit and operational efficiencies in such companies as Quadient (formerly a Neopost Company), MobiManage, Intellinetics and Lexmark International. Mr. Santiago is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and a former United States Army Officer and Veteran of Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Santiago holds various industry certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL).

FRED MCCOY

Executive Director

Mr. McCoy is Senior Vice President, Global Business Units, at Jabil, and Executive Director of Badger Technologies, with responsibility for driving growth strategies from product development through manufacturing in Jabil’s print and retail business sectors. He brings more than 25 years of general business management and international finance experience across a variety of industries and geographies to this position. During his 17-year tenure with Jabil, Mr. McCoy also has led the development and rapid growth of strategic business units across the company’s retail point-of-sale (POS), medical diagnostics, mobile handheld devices, solar photovoltaic, aerospace and defense as well as automotive sectors.

Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. McCoy spent 13 years in various international finance roles in the U.S., Russia and Kuwait. He holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.

JIM PERRY

VP of Global Sales

Mr. Perry has more than 30 years of experience in enterprise sales, sales management, and strategic sales development servicing Fortune 500 companies in financial services, retail, banking, insurance, healthcare and manufacturing industries. Currently, Mr. Perry is the Vice President of Global Sales of Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for driving all aspects of direct and strategic partner sales of Badger Technologies’ suite of retail solutions.

Prior to joining Badger Technologies, Mr. Perry successfully served in roles as Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales and Director of Business Development in such companies as Quadient (previously a Neopost Company), Intellinetics, Inc., ImageSoft, Pyramid Solutions, Inc., and Crawford Technologies. Mr. Perry had extensive experience with Fortune 500 and 100 enterprise sales of CCM, ECM, workflow automation and digital transformation solutions into JPMorgan Chase, Fidelity Investments, Ally Financial, KeyBank, Nelnet, IFF and Caterpillar Manufacturing. Mr. Perry is a graduate of Mississippi State University where he received a B.S. degree in Business Management and Marketing.

MARK SHAKE

VP of Business Development

Mr. Shake has more than 30 years of experience in business development, sales, management and nonprofit administration. He is currently the Vice President of Business Development for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, Inc. Mr. Shake is responsible for business development that includes special strategic programs and management of key accounts utilizing Badger Technologies’ suite of retail solutions.

Prior to working at Badger Technologies, Mr. Shake was a telecommunications executive for 27 years. He gained experience with national accounts while working at Fortune 500 companies such as GTE and BellSouth. Most recently, Mr. Shake spent six years developing and managing corporate relations for the United Way of the Bluegrass, a regional nonprofit that serves the Central Kentucky community. Mr. Shake received a commission from University of Kentucky and spent ten years in the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge as a Captain with the 100th Division Army Reserve Unit. Mr. Shake is a graduate of Transylvania University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

JEFF BOWERS

Director of Professional Services

Mr. Bowers has more than 24 years of experience in electrical design, embedded systems, product design/management and business development. Currently, Mr. Bowers is the Director of Professional Services for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for bridging the gap between product/solution sales and product development while satisfying and delivering customer requirements.

Prior to joining Badger Technologies, Mr. Bowers served 16 years in various engineering roles at Lexmark International. Other roles have included Principal Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Electrical Design Engineer in companies such as Big Ass Fans and Texas Instruments. Mr. Bowers is a graduate of the University of Kentucky where he received a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering.

JAMIE WOODS

Director of Service Delivery

Mr. Woods has worked in development engineering for more than 25 years. He has led multi-discipline teams to test, develop, deliver and monitor printer products. Currently, Mr. Woods is the Director of Service Delivery for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring, servicing and supporting deployed Badger Technologies robot solutions.

Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Woods spent 25 years at Lexmark International where he managed product assurance, and as a project manager successfully led the release of multiple laser and dot matrix products. Mr. Woods is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.

KEITH BETHEL

Special Programs Manager

Mr. Bethel has more than 41 years of experience in product management and delivering products into a global marketplace. Currently, Mr. Bethel is Special Programs Manager for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for working on new business opportunities working with the CEO and product management to create a strategy for the delivery of new products.

Prior to joining Badger Technologies, Mr. Bethel served 41 years in various management roles at Lexmark International and IBM. These roles included Director of Color Laser Products, and product and technical manager roles within the printer and PC industry. He has managed both hardware and software products specializing on products with new technologies. Mr. Bethel graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering.
