Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Rowland has more than 38 years of engineering, manufacturing test, sales and strategy experience. Currently, Mr. Rowland is CEO of Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In this role, he is responsible for driving all aspects of the sales, development, delivery and service for Badger Technologies’ suite of retail offerings. Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Rowland spent 28 years at Lexmark where he successfully launched an engineering startup focused on retail robotics. Mr. Rowland also spent 10 years at IBM in various manufacturing test engineering, development and research roles. Mr. Rowland is a graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Mr. Santiago has more than 21 years of enterprise sales, operations management, business transformation and strategic planning experience in serving the retail, manufacturing, distribution, finance and hospitality industries. Currently, Mr. Santiago is the Vice President of Global Sales of Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In this role, he is responsible for driving all aspects of the revenue generation, sales management, presales, channel development, partner alliances, delivery and service for Badger Technologies’ suite of retail oﬀerings.
Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Santiago has served in both VP and C-level positions as an influential business executive and leader with impeccable record of driving profit and operational efficiencies in such companies as Quadient (a Neopost Company), MobiManage, Intellinetics and Lexmark
International. Mr. Santiago is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University and a former United States Army Officer and Veteran of Operation Desert Storm. Mr. Santiago holds various industry certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Total Quality Management (TQM), Customer Journey Mapping (CJM) and ITIL.
Mr. Wright leads the Badger Technologies teams responsible for customer rollout management, installation, proactive monitoring, maintenance, billing and customer support.
Prior to joining Badger Technologies, he held numerous positions at IBM, Lexmark International and Lenovo. At IBM and Lexmark, Mr. Wright held R&D positions including ASIC designer, System Architect, Product Manager and Printer Products Director. He also led the Worldwide Quality, Operational Excellence and Customer Experience (CX) missions for Lexmark. At Lenovo he led Worldwide Customer Experience team for Lenovo’s Data Center Group, where he drove deployment of the corporate Customer Experience management system, Employee CX incentive plan and CX Strategy.
Mr. Wright graduated from the University of Louisville with a BSEE and an MEng degree. He is an inventor on 26 U.S. patents, is a certified Customer Experience Professional, and is certified in Lean and Six Sigma.
Mr. Shake has more than 32 years of experience in sales, management and nonprofit administration. He is currently the Director of Sales, Key Accounts for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. Mr. Shake is responsible for development and management of key accounts utilizing Badger Technologies’ suite of Retail Solutions.
Prior to working at Badger Technologies, Mr. Shake was a telecommunications executive for 27 years. He gained experience with national accounts while working at Fortune 500 companies such as GTE and BellSouth. Most recently, Mr. Shake spent six years developing and managing corporate relations for the United Way of the Bluegrass, a regional nonprofit that serves the Central Kentucky community. Mr. Shake received a commission from University of Kentucky and spent ten years in the United States Army, receiving an honorable discharge as a Captain with the 100th Division Army Reserve Unit. Mr. Shake is a graduate of Transylvania University, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Director of Engineering
Mr. Ethington has worked in development engineering for more than 30 years. He has led multi-discipline teams to deliver printers products, automation equipment and retail solutions. Currently, Mr. Ethington is the Director of Engineering for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In this role, he is responsible for driving the development and delivery Badger Technologies’ suite of retail offerings.
Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Ethington spent three years at General Electric and 28 years at Lexmark International Inc. where he successfully led two High-end Color printer products. Mr. Ethington is a graduate of The University of Louisville with a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Mr. Lee has more than 20 years of experience in software engineering, solutions strategy and information technology. Currently, Mr. Lee is Director of Integration and IT for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In this role, he is responsible for driving information technology, security, tools, business processes, as well as solutions integrations and compliance for Badger Technologies’ suite of retail offerings and infrastructure.
Prior to Badger Technologies, Mr. Lee spent 17 years in various software and solutions engineering roles at Lexmark where he successfully completed the Executive Readiness Program at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. Mr. Lee is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Office and Program Manager
Ms. Doss has worked in events and project management for more than 20 years. She has coordinated and executed large executive and marketing events, as well as multi-departmental projects across numerous technical and business disciplines in several industries including retail, banking, healthcare and technology. Currently, Ms. Doss is the Office and Program Manager for Badger Technologies, a product division of Jabil. In her role, she is responsible for the execution of all events and sales driven tests including proofs of concept and pilots for Badger Technologies’ suite of retail offerings.
Prior to Badger Technologies, Ms. Doss spent 18 years at Lexmark International Inc. with roles in marketing, corporate communications and executive support. She has also held various positions in direct retail sales and office management. She is a Texas native and passionate about customer service.
Mr. Johnson has been with Jabil for the last 22 years. As Business Unit Director, he is responsible for leveraging Jabil’s strengths within Badger Technologies. He joined Jabil in 1997, to run Jabil’s second largest account at the time. In 2003, he was on the team that acquired a manufacturing facility in Japan. After the acquisition, he took on responsibility for the acquired business, grew the relation to include four divisions in six countries. In 2007, Mr. Johnson took on a role to hire and train business managers in Japan, led the sales team, strategic plans and M&A. He returned to the United States in 2010, to join the Strategic Development Group where he was involved in developing new areas of business. Since 2017,
he has been working with business opportunities aimed to expand Jabil’s services and markets. Mr. Johnson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and a Master’s degree in International Management
Mr. McCoy is Senior Vice President, Global Business Units, at Jabil, and Executive Director of Badger Technologies, with responsibility for driving growth strategies from product development through manufacturing in Jabil’s print and retail business sectors. He brings more than 25 years of general business management and international finance experience across a variety of industries and geographies to this position. During his 17-year tenure with Jabil, Mr. McCoy also has led the development and rapid growth of strategic business units across the company’s retail point-of-sale, medical diagnostics, mobile handheld devices, solar photovoltaic, aerospace and defense as well as automotive sectors. Prior to joining Jabil, Mr. McCoy spent 13 years in various international finance roles in the U.S., Russia and Kuwait. He holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs and Economics from the School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
